PMH Critical Care Block & New Entry Design and administration of addition of 88,000sf of acute space and administrative offices. Design was done in collaboration with healthcare planners, project managers, engineers and equipment planners.The project exhibits the mostcutting edge equipment in the region, ample green space and attention to landscaping, a solar array and high performance materials.
BAIC Headquarters Design and administration of the new administrative offices of the Bahamas Agricultural and Industrial Corporation.The design was a recycle reuse of an existing metal building at the entrance to the Old Trail Industrial Park and is the Governments most sustainable building to date with the use of highly efficient mechanical system coupled with a building envelope that is very high performance.LED lighting and high efficiency equipment throughout, a large solar array on the roof and solar powered LED site lighting surrounding the facility.
The Shops at Carmichael This private commercial plaza was planned, designed and administered by the team and showcases a bank,fast food restaurant, retail stores and the home offices of the governments Inland Revenue Department. Building system used is precast allowing for rapid project delivery and high performance.
Quality Home Center The 50,000sf bigbox superstore was planned and design by the team and its construction administered. Featuring retail spaces for tenant rental,a double height interior with a wrap around mezzanine, internal elevator,loading dock, water collection system and high efficiency cooling system.
Cable Beach Court Professional Centre The 4 Unit Professional Centre renovation include the for use design of each unit, systems upgrades and an overall site and a esthetic overhaul.High efficiency cooling systems, more long lasting sustainable materials and improved functional requirements brought this property to age and to code.
